• Interior of chamber made of high quality stainless steel (SUS#304). Exterior of chamber is made of solid baked painted Steel plate. Interior of chamber treated with high temperature protection material. Chamber body connected to ground for ant-static protection.
• The Airflow Cycle System uses Baked Painted Steel Plate with over temperature protection.
• High pressure air circulating fan for wind speed 1.0 ~ 29.0 m/s attached with a wind speed adjustor.
• Electric heater with SSR & PID control for constant temperature.
• Dust Supplementary Device used for automatically adjusting the dust volume based on set values.
• Automatic Dry Air Handling System
• Chamber is well sealed and sealing must be maintained at all times to meet the environmental requirements of Dust/Sand and Powder exhaust.
• Control System consists of Temperature Control Unit, Humidity Control Unit, Wind Speed Control Unit and Concentration Control Unit.
• Control Panel consists of LED Controller (Other Options available) and DATA Collection.
• Uses electronic concentration sensors to automatically adjust and set dust and sand consistency levels.
